Meet Our Caring Dentist

Dr. Arzy Kafrouny earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the same institution. She has provided care in various dental clinics across Alberta, gaining valuable experience in all areas of general dentistry. Now the owner of Southcentre Dental, Dr. Arzy is creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for. She also maintains certification in both Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Known for her gentle, calming presence, Dr. Arzy focuses on building trust and getting to know each patient. Clear communication and thoughtful guidance are at the heart of her care, ensuring every visit feels manageable and stress-free. Whether it’s a routine checkup or a more complex treatment, Dr. Arzy personalizes each experience to meet individual needs with compassion and clarity.

Dr. Arzy maintains active membership in several respected professional organizations as part of her commitment to ongoing growth. These memberships include the Canadian Dental Association, Alberta Dental Association, College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta, Calgary and District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
